ARMOR & ASPHALT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible motorcycle apparel and accessories.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, odor-free, and stain-free
  • In new condition with original packaging and all tags attached
  • Reported within 30 days of delivery date

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Helmets, balaclavas, face masks, and base layers (hygiene items)
  • Protective armor inserts
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items with damaged packaging only (if product is undamaged and functional)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return
  2. Provide photo or video evidence for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
  3. Complete and submit a Return Authorization Form (provided upon request)
  4. Once authorized, ship the item back — customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Note: Physical returns are not required for items from international fulfillment partners due to high return costs. Photo/video evidence is sufficient in these cases, and you may keep defective items.


Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund posting: 5-10 business days to original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original order date

Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the supplier begins processing (typically within 12-24 hours of purchase). After processing begins, standard return policies apply.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence showing the defect or error (including images of the product, packaging, and shipping label)
  • Replacement or full refund provided at no cost; return shipping is covered by Armor & Asphalt in these cases

Note: Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for a refund if the product itself is undamaged and functional.


Delayed or Non-Delivered Orders

  • U.S. orders: Refunds available if delayed beyond 45 days after shipping
  • International orders: Refunds available if delayed beyond 60 days after shipping
  • Brazil orders: Refunds available if delayed beyond 110 days after shipping
  • Non-delivery claims require a non-delivery certificate from your local post office or carrier

Supplier-Fulfilled Products For products fulfilled by third-party partners, we issue your refund first and then seek reimbursement from the supplier.
